My Story

Growing up, I was fascinated by the traditional ways people nourished themselves before packaged foods, before misleading labels, before the food industry began gaslighting our taste buds.

As a mother, attorney, and health educator, I've seen firsthand how modern food confusion affects families. I watched parents struggle with picky eaters, teenagers battle weight issues, and adults cycle through endless diets, all while the food industry quietly profited from their frustration.

The Single Ingredient Diet emerged from decades of research, personal experience, and working with thousands of clients. It's not a diet in the traditional sense, it's a return to common sense. A way of eating that your great-grandmother would recognize.

Today, I'm committed to helping women especially reclaim their health, their energy, and their confidence around food. Not through restriction or guilt, but through understanding, simplicity, and trust in the body's innate wisdom.
