As a mother, attorney, and health educator, I've seen firsthand how modern food confusion affects families. I watched parents struggle with picky eaters, teenagers battle weight issues, and adults cycle through endless diets, all while the food industry quietly profited from their frustration.
The Single Ingredient Diet emerged from decades of research, personal experience, and working with thousands of clients. It's not a diet in the traditional sense, it's a return to common sense. A way of eating that your great-grandmother would recognize.
